I've been living in Kentland for over 20 years and this is our spot. My only issue is that when they are late with delivery, their customer service is poor. They don't apologize for the inconvenience, they don't compensate you. Recently I got rushed off the phone with no explanation as to why I placed an order over 1.5 hours ago and still no food. But... the food is great. Just be mindful on busy nights your food may get delivered late, plan accordingly.
Check your food before you leave out the door because they sometimes won’t give you what you asked for. I asked for and paid for a half smoke sub they gave me a hotdog. I took it right back, she said we ran out of half smokes.Plus the woman who answers the phone is rude. Unfortunately it’s the only place in our neighborhood. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1
