On Friday morning I arrived at the station at 9.50 and 56 passengers routed to Salzburg from a river cruise in Linz. None of us were there before and there was no one to welcome us to advise how to sit coffee or where to sit. My guests couldn't find seats or get coffee, and when I talked to a waiter who was very hard to find, he turned his head and told me “review”. So rude. Later I saw him opening the cake lid and picking up a piece of cake with his hand and putting it on a plate to serve someone.
