The food was pretty good, but something overpriced. Our server was in training and did a great job. Drinks were like that. The service was slow and there was a note on the table about the lack of work, because people felt more about unemployment, which somehow felt sick, because if people can make more about unemployment, then it's like admitting to using work. The restaurant was clean and the outdoor terrace was sweet. It stormed when we were there and it was kind of decent to watch over the ocean when we ate dinner. Visiting Brooklyn for a few days with someone who lives close to parents (I'm never in this area and don't know anything about what's on other than when I spend time searching for venues and shows etc., which I was too tired to do this night) and we went with his father to low key social basically and it was fun. Nothing crazy, but was nice to go with 2 rooms music between and the outside open to the boardwalk, overall the place was great. No food tried. Drinks were drinks. After a certain time the menu is shortened for after hours. Only veg options are Edamame and the Mediterranean Platter. Doubt you can trust the fries as they're probably fried in the same oil as the chicken fingers. Ordered the platter without feta and still found some feta chunks hidden under the lettuce.
This is spontaneously over. The staff was friendly and the food was pretty good. The Lobster Enchiladas and Short Ribs were very delicious. The service was not so great, but I think it was due to short staff. It was a Tuesday night. Would definitely go back. The food is worth it.
