Always a culinary and human highlight. Always an experience: lukewarm salmon and crayfish in tarragon sauce. And Schrobenhausen asparagus sooooo delicious. Like the Bavarian cream with rum pot wild strawberries and fresh strawberries. My personal insider tip at the end: Exceptionel from Chateau Moyau.
We enjoyed the 8-speed menu. Very good, we also liked the ambience. Pricely raised to very high. 5 stars.
