We used to come here everyday for a coffee and every now and then a lunch during the whole season. When the property was sold we waited with excitement how the new owner would renew this place. Must say interior and terass is beautiful. Ohh no sorry.... have to say contemporary as the waitress corrected me. When we order 4 cups of coffee at 1030 am, the waitress rolled her eyes annoyed. For me this was not really an invitation to come back later on for lunch. May be the new owner focus on more high end meals and not interested in regular customers . Apparently we were not the only ones who experienced this as the terasses has been rather quite (empty this season. For sure we will give it a s...

What a hidden gem we had the best lunch in Flaine so far in our trip. Beautiful panoramic view over the slopes and valley in the sunny terrace, very attentive service and delicious food (reasonably priced at €15 20 for a main). My husband had a burger and me linguine with creamy gorgonzola. The wine list is extensive also and we would love to come again tomorrow to try, p.s. For beginner skiers like me you can easily get in and out of Lapiaz via the green run Epicea instead of the red run.

We ate at this restaurant every day for a week. We tried a lot of different dishes, all of them were delicious. There is a lot of choice for a reasonable price (main dish prices start from fifteen euros). Waiters were nice and friendly. The view was amaizing, you can eat outside on the terace on sunny days. You can stop for lunch every day right from the slope. It's also possible to have dinner here 3-4 times a week (you can call to get a snowcat lift from the Panoramique hotel).

This restaurant is on the slopes in Flaine. The place is cosy and with modern look. It has areas for coffee and for lunch. We had lunch three times there. The prices are good and the food is great. I recommend “La boite chaude” or Tartiflaine. Staff is very friendly! Book a table now
