With my husband, we recommend the Appart to Provins. A caterer to listen, who finds solutions to your desires and the dangers that can arise (Go through the Orages during a wine of honour in the open air! They could bounce back, find us the solution in full event, up in spite of wet shirts. We were delighted with the culinary quality, our taste buds and those of our guests were pleasantly titulated. Olivier and Patrice identified the atmosphere we wanted and made proposals that came to us. Thanks to them for their professionalism and for the flavors of their cuisine!

Well surprised by this restaurant located in the heart of the city of Provins. The addition is certainly a little high, but the products are fresh and homemade dishes. The service is user-friendly and efficient. This restaurant deserves to be tested.

We had dinner last night at the Appart with my mother and sister and everything was absolutely perfect! Welcome, kindness, service, framework! We highly recommend this restaurant! Thank you for this moment!

It's not bad. Good value for money. Much better than the restaurant in Place du Châtel (catch-tourists). Especially prefer the classic tartare with Italian tartare.
