After visiting the Wurth museum, we stopped by this restaurant because of the good reviews from other travellers, otherwise we probably would not have noticed it: it's a bit out of the way and from the outside it's nothing special. However, I must admit that we have not been disappointed at all by the food, which was really good (I particularly liked the fried polenta with my scallops, which is a rather unusual choice in France). an inconspicuous little restaurant that is difficult to notice unless you are looking for it specifically. when we arrived, it was almost full, but the man who worked there quickly prepared a table for the six of us. we ordered scallops with risotto and it was a good idea to try definitiw. they also had a lot of fried foods that were brilliant, especially the fried goat cheese with mint. the type was super friendly and honest, and we had a great time in this restaurant.
A warm restaurant where you feel at home, delicious carefully prepared meals, I can only recommend you go to the Slate! You can trust the cook, let yourself be surprised and take your time to taste. ;
