So unusual that to find a gastro restaurant, in such a place away from everything! The magic of Huelgoat works! Unbeatable price quality, hyper-savvy dishes (like ever, I admit! . Good reception and organized service, and fast. Modern and authentic decor, jazz music, cool. Life and simplicity guaranteed! Only flattened duck cooking, a little dry. For the rest flavor in mouth guaranteed, different textures, forgotten vegetables, and sublimating sauces... Good continuation, and stay as it is!
A treat! Great balance of flavors and absolutely delicious. The presentation is perfect. I can't wait to come back. If possible on Thursday, market day. Only 20 covers, I think it's safe to book.
Very good meal, seasonal menu at 30 euros flat entrance and dessert. Everything is excellent, worked and refined. Better book in advance!
