It is an application restaurant, so a technical school for young people who have chosen to work in the restaurant. The kitchen is unpretentious but widely suitable for young people in training. There are professionals well below... so a very nice address.
We had a good time at the Arlequin. Beautifully decorated in a modern retro chic atmosphere, we were able to taste a menu that kept all its promises. We congratulate the mentoring team to give all these young people a second chance in life.
Pleasant, unpretentious, managerial staff is attentive and young people at a rather nice service.
