I ordered the Chicken Al Ajillo, and while the chicken was pretty good and nicely seasoned with garlic, the side salad I requested was a letdown. I chose to skip the beans, tortillas, and rice, hoping for something better than just plain chopped iceberg lettuce. To top it off, I had to wait until I finished the chicken before the waiter brought over a watery Italian dressing. Honestly, how hard would it have been to include a few cucumber slices, some red cabbage, and tomatoes in the salad, and to serve a decent Italian dressing with the meal? It wasn’t the least enjoyable meal I’ve had, but at $25, it definitely didn’t live up to the price.
I was quite disappointed with my experience. The menudo didn't measure up, even compared to what I could find in a can. The tripe was tough and flavorless, and while it had an intense spiciness, it lacked any smoky undertones. My wife and brother felt the same way and chose not to eat their meals either. I shared their sentiments. It's essential for restaurants to focus on their strengths, and if they venture into new territory, they should aim to meet fundamental expectations and honor the traditions of cherished dishes like menudo. This was, by far, the worst $50 I’ve spent in quite a while.
The staff was friendly, and the interior was clean and welcoming. My wife and I had mixed feelings about the food; the $16 price tag for a burrito meal seemed a bit steep. While she really enjoyed her dish and loved the Mango Margarita, I was disappointed with my Carne Asada burrito, which mainly consisted of overcooked meat scraps. Also, my Corona wasn’t completely cold.
This restaurant provides an amazing dining experience with delicious food and a charming atmosphere. I visited for dinner, and at a cost of about $20–30 per person, it was definitely worth it. I would give the food, service, and ambiance a perfect 5 out of 5. I strongly recommend trying the Chips and Salsa, Guacamole, and Chimichanga.

This is our go-to restaurant for Friday nights! We love bringing our friends and enjoying margaritas with our meals. Vegetarian options: They offer some excellent choices for vegetarians! Parking: The lot can be somewhat challenging, but there's plenty of street parking available to the southwest.
The service was welcoming, and it was a lovely bonus to have chips and salsa while we waited for our meal. The menudo was absolutely fantastic, especially when complemented by the homemade tortillas. Additionally, the portion sizes were very generous for the price.
The best restaurant in Rosamond, possibly all of the Antelope Valley. Great food, great service, strong margaritas. Owner is very kind and accommodating.
