This place doesn 't look like much from the outside but it 's quite quaint and clean inside and staff are very nice. We 've eaten at a few taco trucks around town and have been disappointed with bland, dry meat and 'homemade ' tortillas that are too thick and turn to paste in your mouth. Since moving here we 've yet to find a decent street taco but we happened to be driving by 2 weeks ago and saw Los Paloma 's was re-opened (it had closed for a while and we never tried it before it closed) so we decided to give it a try and we are so glad we did! The search for good street tacos is over! Super good tortillas, very flavorful, moist meat with onions, cilantro and cabbage on top. The red sauce...
I'm more and more impressed every time I eat here. The food is always excellent! I had the Chile Relleno tonight and it was amazing! It was different than I've had before. I would definitely recommend it. Friendly staff and a nice clean environment. A hidden gem in plain sight you simply must try!
