I can't complain—I've become a fan of Las Salsas Taqueria once again. Now that the previous issues seem to be resolved, I definitely plan to return. It's refreshing to see they value feedback, unlike many restaurants that simply ignore reviews. They’ve even shared other improvements they've made, showing they truly care about their customers. This dedication really makes a difference. With their reasonable prices and excellent food, I wholeheartedly recommend this place. The Machete Chicharrón is outstanding, and they offer many unique recipes.

We had the machete and they can put up to three different meats in it (in sections) it is beautifuly toasty and the meat I liked the most from what I tried was the carne asada. The picadita was delicious I think it's something in the masa they use. The salsa bar was great they has sautéed onion and Chiles tornados and some potatoes that were delicious along with different salsas. Will come back to try the chilaquil torta.The woman who took our order was very helpful and let us try the dalsa to something we requested and did order. The costilla de cerdo en salsa verde. It was delicious!
The Mexican food here is far from authentic. I ordered a wet burrito through Grubhub, and the green salsa on top tasted completely like it came from a can. They also used yellow American cheese instead of something more traditional. To top it off, they didn’t provide any napkins or utensils, which was a significant inconvenience since I'm in the middle of moving. Overall, it wasn’t worth the $20 I spent.
I ordered an oversized hard shell taco filled with chicharrón and mushrooms, but what I received was half filled with chicharrón and the other half with onions, bell peppers, and just five mushrooms. I'm not sure if I would visit this place again.

Las Salsas Taqueria serves the best tacos in Orange County! The service is always fast, the meat is flavorful, and they have an amazing selection of house-made sauces and toppings. We've loved every dish we've tried here!
This restaurant is a must-visit! The food was absolutely delicious, particularly the Pastor Macete. Everything was incredibly fresh!
