Gemischter Salat ist eher klein. Das Kalbs-Cordon Bleu war leider nur mittelmässig. Das well done bestellte Black Angus Entrecôte Madagaskar kam medium, musste nochmals mitgenommen werden. Bier (Lasser dunkel) wie immer gut. Nett, dass es als Amuse bouche ein paar Brezelchen mit Streichkäse gab. Service war freundlich.
Das Essen war sehr lecker und die Portion grössentechnisch perfekt für mich. Die Bedienung war sehr schnell, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Zum Ambiente kann man sagen, dass es zu einer Brauerei passt, also alles TippTopp.
