Last minute romantic evening, we land at workshop 115 after hearing that the chef was the former second of St James.We chose the tasting menu at 40€ in 4 dishes: 1 entry, 2 dishes and a refined and delicious dessert! cherry on the cake, the chef comes to grind us of the truffle on a quasi calf to be damned served with girolles and truffled dauphine apple. A perfect price-quality ratio, a dinner at €100 for 2 efficient wine with friendly service and chef for small care.No doubt, we will come back!
It is quite correct even if we can deplore the lack of flexibility of the leader. Is it impossible to remove an ingredient from a compound salad?! impossible to transform an entry so that it becomes a dish? It's too bad. otherwise, it's fresh, it's gouty and well presented. I encourage the team to listen more to the customers, it is important if the restaurant wishes to loyalty and not to address each other at all times. Good luck to the team.

Great welcome. beautiful room and shaded terrace in the back. In the kitchen, you find good fresh products, married simply but effectively. no superfluous, no skull but always a surprise, a twist that gives another dimension to the dish. The plates are copyy and the prices remain soft. Anyway, we're ticking all the boxes. definitely one of my big heart strokes!!

We came to dinner here with friends who are accustomed to the place. We were not disappointed. We chose the menu. flavors are sometimes original and pleasantly overtake taste buds. the whole was fine and tasty. a single flat: the main dish came warm. We'll be back with pleasure.
