We had first tried L’Atelier de Julien last year in their very tiny restaurant but we thought the pizza was innovative delicious. This trip they have moved to a much larger upscale location but we didn’t think the pizza was as good. Don’t get me wrong it was still good, just not great as was expected. Possibly poor choices by us?? I ordered the pizza with a meat topping. It was really just chopmeat that was just cooked and then topped on the pizza, the meat had no seasoning on it what so ever, not even salt. Staff was friendly overall. Perhaps the exception being the cashier who seamed out of this world too consumed with herself and simply not service ready. I have not had a dirtier, stickier table in any other restaurant before. Eating outside, even on the pavement was all right. The location is of course not adding charm. The food was all right, but not exceptional in any way. Delivery was very slow however waiting 45minutes for pizzas in a not so busy place gives a sense of the lack of organization. I knew a name but for this Friday night we took our dinner in this pizzeria Italian cuisine. We were well received and we had the choice to be placed on the terrace or in the room. We chose to be inside and the room was air conditioned. Very clean places and the decoration is nice. Quick service and I found that pizzas were delicious. Next time I'll be tempted by a good plate of pasta. The staff is friendly and welcoming. It is a very friendly place to spend with family or friends
A very busy restaurant with a nice atmosphere. The attractively prepared dishes looked very appealing and the portions served were very generous. Although the food tasted ok, the meal was a bit disappointing when compared to what‘s available in other restaurants in the area. The service team was very friendly and helpful, but was far too small for the amount of tables in the restaurant which meant that the two people serving were rushed off their feet most of the time.

A truly one of the best homemade pizza and pasta in Nice! Portions are generous and deserts are to die for. Don't leave without trying their Tiramisu! The atmosphere is friendly and the staff is very welcoming. I love this place to hang out with friends as well as with children on the weekend. Definitely highly recommended. I wish I lived closer to have them delivered home too!
On a table of 4, three guests were well served with a very good pizza and good pasta even if it is not exceptional. On the other hand, what about my spaghetti at the Vongole really too cooked and that should never have come out of the kitchen!!! We are in Nice this devil, near Italy and it is unforgivable. We'll come back to test pizzas but avoid pasta next time.
