I would not exaggerate as a real Italian saying that the orecchiette is not the type of pasta recommended for a carbonara, but the problem comes (see photo) when used. Orecchiette with leaned lard so fine that it does not resemble meat, cream obviously forbidden in this dish, absence of egg that is normally the main ingredient and finally this reddish emmental chives. ATTENTION TO ALL VOYAGEURS WITH 4 PATTES, For information this restaurant does not accept animals, we have learned it in the most unpleasant way by visiting us at the time of our reservation, because yes we have booked! We were simply denied entry, no search for solutions, the lady at the bar did not seek to know whether they were calm or not, just “it is not possible”. Very disappointed for a meat workshop , it's unmakeable sole, and a 2nd choice meat and fries have no taste. When at the cocktail, the mojito is packed with ice cream and no flavor. Really disappointed, first and last time for me
