Quel beau moment ! Nous étions venus dîner depuis Toulouse mais skié également . Ce fut une très belle surprise pour nous. L’accueil très chaleureux, très doux mais très professionnel. On sent au sein de cette équipe en salle une belle ambiance. Au niveau du menu, on a été de surprises en surprises. Le menu végétarien pour mon épouse et pour moi UBAC ADRET. C’est une cuisine très bien équilibrée avec beaucoup de saveur. L’acidité avec des agrumes, une cuisine nerveuse vraiment excellente. 2

We had a degustation dinner in the fine dining restaurant, and a piste-side lunch in the Bistro. Both were superb. The dinner was incredible from the beginning to the end, in every possible way. Fantastic food and matched wines. Highly recommend for a special occasion - so memorable. The Bistro was charming in a different way, and very enjoyable - small, authentic, delicious. Would love to return to both places.
We were very lucky to visit this place . We wanted to taste as much as we could so we chose "tasting menu ". From the begining to the end everything we chose was very different yet very delicious. Fresh and fruity tastes , unusual combinations , elegant presentations . Chef Edmond made us very happy. Thank you .
