An unusual and very warm place. We were four to train for beer. Clear and very informative explanations. Degustations of their productions between each waiting stage. A very good quality and rich charcuterie and cheese tray. The only flats our creation of the day frankly very average. Of our fault, probably... let the experts treat us with their nectars. I recommend.
Excellent moment shared with people we didn't know but very friendly. This will allow us to exchange and taste our two wines. Very interesting, friendly, and especially a very good craftsmanship that comes out of the ordinary and that you must absolutely taste (with moderation). Thank you François!
