We are all used to restaurants where meat or fish take centre stage, and vegetables are merely a side-show, but at L'Atelier des Mets, it is the vegetables which sing. Of course our veal and fish were cooked to perfection, but it is chef Romain Dumas' enthusiasm for creating innovative and creative vegetable accompaniments from locally sourced, even foraged produce, that sets L'Atelier des Mets apart. Perfect for vegetarians, but also perfect for those who want something interesting alongside their meat.
remarkable, the value ratio is very correct, E/P/D to euros, with discoveries of flavors from entry to dessert, a taste pleasure. a must address when you are in the cavaillon region.
