Workshop of contrasts. The reception is pleasant, the rather classy, sober and pleasant. We're just two tables, and we're staying for six months. So, a little cold. The kitchen is rather refined, good duck foie gras, the thigh reconstitutes the same well prepared volatile. A guest found Chandon's pig. The perfect Roanna Coast, and everyone enjoyed desserts and mignardises. But, 6 guests in the room, and a long service as one day without joy, more atmosphere of empty cathedral, it spoils the expected pleasure. To check, but with apprehension...
