Customer for 20 years, very good paella, friendly service, but very disappointed in the refusal of an expired gift voucher on 12/30/23 (due to my wife's complicated pregnancy as she was hospitalized). A commercial gesture would have been welcome but we think that it was perhaps the presence of our baby that disturbed
