"The food is ok, but nothing special to be a Latin place. Also, they didn't have anything spicy, they gave me a spicy sauce, but it was more kind of tomato sauce"

My Mom and I ordered nachos and were disappointed to find that there was hardly any cheese on them. I pointed this out to the staff, and they attempted to fix the problem by adding more cheese and melting it in the microwave, even though it was over the tomatoes and sour cream. They then served the nachos back to us without apologizing or making eye contact. When I mentioned that we would still eat them, the staff member took the nachos away. They did apologize for this, but they did not address the issue or acknowledge our dissatisfaction. Unfortunately, my mom did not receive anything in return for the money spent. This lack of customer service was extremely disappointing, and although the...

The website displayed outdated prices and menu information, leading us to drive 40 minutes to the restaurant. Upon arrival, we encountered extremely rude and unprofessional staff who were not dog-friendly. Despite the high temperature, we were told to sit outside with no sunshade provided for our small dog. The staff did not even offer a bowl of water for our pet. Although I understand that some restaurants may not allow pets, the disrespectful treatment towards us was unacceptable. We waited a long time for our order in the scorching heat, with the food beeper not even working. The poor quality of the food resulted in my family experiencing stomachaches and diarrhea, ruining our holiday in...

Terrible!!!, First impression counts a lot, specially in food service. Nice pics of food but the service from owner or manager very despicable, and the first think he asked was the tip!!!! Before service!!!!. I will never back again but I have to review two positive points: 1) good taste of food 2) a very polite server from Guadalajara in the team. Sadly, people lose the hearts to rule business in the way because the product is good and it doesn't matter competition because you are unique, but that is a very big mistake. Portions are normally, maybe a big guy will need to select more than one order.

This restaurant serves truly authentic Mexican and Central American cuisine. It has been a while since my last visit, but I am eager to go back. My mother always raves about the food and how it reminds her of her home country. It offers a taste of nostalgia that never disappoints. The restaurant is clean and provides fast service. I appreciate that it is a small, family-run business, ensuring the quality of the food remains consistent. There is a wide variety of options on the menu and the atmosphere is friendly. It's also great that they are able to communicate in both English and Spanish.
