This was a family trip, so we had a group of 12. We arrived early and grabbed some happy hour drinks and hung out on the patio. After the rest of the family arrived we were seated and proceeded to order a few apps and all was well. One of the party ordered a specific wine and the service went downhill from there. He waited through the appetizer course, then past the dinner ordering process, and then had to remind the server of his request. Still had to wait longer, and the wine arrived just before the dinner course arrived. The flank steak was quite tough to chew. The fried shrimp had an unusual taste and wasn't enjoyable. The crab dip was decent, but when I got home and my son started eating the leftovers, he discovered a piece of plastic in it. On a positive note, the mozzarella sticks were really good, as was the she-crab soup.
The service was atrocious. Painfully slow and lazy. We left after an appetizer, which was actually very good. It took forever for a server to greet us, and even longer to bring out a single beer. The restaurant was not at all crowded at the time.
Definitely one of my favorite restaurants. They have the best happy hour with drink food specials! The Oyster Rockefellers are heavenly and everything is always delicious ? Book a table now
Everything was great, but the mussels. Most were bad or empty. The service was exceptional!!! The presentation of the food spoke volumes. I will most definitely go again.
My girlfriend and I dined there last night, and our server, Brice, was outstanding. We would definitely return.
Never dined in but the take out is on point. Fried shrimp dinner and crab cake dinner are both spot on.
