First of all, what a framework! Between the mountains, warmly placed in the city centre, this cozy place is an invitation to pleasure. You can enjoy dishes cooked by a chef who lacks neither love nor generosity. The plates are beautiful, the pleasure is not left. Special mention for desserts. We ate the menu last night at 30,50€ and it was very good. the garbage is excellent but hyper copier. It's impossible to finish it. The well of love is excellent too. prices are more than correct given the quality and quantity. A little waiting, but nothing serious. The servers are very friendly. we will return with pleasure
Falling on a lovely and smiling staff even at the end of the season is a pure happiness! The dishes are delicious, so I forgot to take pictures until the last bite... Frozen of St Marcelin Dorade with Thai Butter Tarte passion meringue ...a treat!

In the heart of Cauterets this restaurant is a good address. Menu at 23€ input, dish and dessert. It was excellent and warm. A little waiting, but nothing bad.
