The restaurant is on the side of an inactive volcano and proves great views of the valley and other dormant volcanoes. Great view for a sunset. If the weather is good you must sit on the outside where the views are unobstructed. The service was very good. The owner speaks excellent English but the wait staff is limited. That was not a problem because we knew exactly what we wanted. A local specialty it is noted for Truffade. The menu is very good but we all wanted this particular dish It like a very thick pancake made with thinly sliced potatoes cooked in goose fat until tender then they add tome cheese until melted and then they flip it and add pork or duck.
