We visited the castles of Lastours, on this November day it was the only restaurant open. Contrary to the various particularly harsh opinions, the welcome was pleasant, the service fast, the meal very good for a very reasonable price. Once again, I was able to enjoy a delicious moment at the inn of Jean-Marc boyer. a lot of talent and love in a kitchen that asks you to sit down, take the time to let the flavors go up in the mouth, all in a splendid and wild natural environment.
