While visiting my cousin in Auvergne, France, we happened upon not only a great restaurant, but a great experience. Enjoying a meal at Le Moulin de Civadoux is different than most that I've had in France because it was so communal. Meaning there was many offerings at a fixed price and you enjoyed what you wanted, and the environment lent itself to speak to other diners. (Not often done in France. The restaurant is owned by two sisters, Sophie and Béatrice: they grow, farm, cook and serve everything. Each night is a different menu.
