We were walking round Rouen Cathedral and noticed an A board outside this restaurant advertising a duck dish and a fish dish which we thought looked appetising. We went in , the place was empty but we were a little early and assumed it would fill up shortly. The duck dish was three thin strips of duck breast which was so tough that I could not cut or bite it. (I can only assume it had been microwaved to death! . My wife's dish was a pasta no fish to be seen and was meant to have legumes with it. We showed the lady manager who thought it was fine and charged us the full price.
