The best restaurant in Pontarlier, no doubt. A kitchen that makes us rediscover the simple flavors of grandma's recipes, those that warm us and comfort us. I have all the more respect for the chef who seems to pay attention to the balance of his small dishes, offering us a sublime taste, without being induced by a heavy hand on oil or butter. It is always a pleasure to cross the door of this establishment, and to be welcomed by the boss, who agrees to the map wonderfully: warm and welcoming.
