Excellent moment passé entre amis à l’authentik. La terrine en croûte ouvre le bal avec une portion généreuse et une saveur incomparable. Ensuite, l’andouillette fondante à souhait garnie de frites bistrot poursuit le voyage. Pour la touche sucrée, la fondant au chocolat entourée d’un océan de crème anglaise pour achever la traversée. Le voyage fut agréable. Un grand merci à l’équipe de l’authentik pour son accueil. Une chose est sûre, j’y reviendrai.
