A very excellent gingerbread, with quality ingredients, and very mellow! We didn't expect to find, most ginger bread being rather dry. This random discovery of a tower in Eguisheim is an address to keep preciously
VRAI spice bread with more honey than flour! ****! We loved ginger and caramel with salt butter purchased at the Christmas market stand Colmar (at the foot of the Dominicans)

The spice bread I don't know but the sweet Bretzels tourist trap I bought 2 sweet pretzel to take 1 fresh and 1 of the not pretty eve we brought it not well to avoid
Small shop a little far from downtown. The costs are a little high but the quality is there: a gingerbread rich in taste and very mellow.
Good to taste, but texture too soft and sticky tooth. Too expensive (I have already bought better and cheaper handicraft spice breads)
