Special mention to the deer and boar, whose sauces and accompaniments on their respective excellent purées were particularly tasty, for the Chateldon that we find with pleasure in quality establishments, and for the surprising richness of the wine map. The Marsannay 2022 at Tripet, less prestigious than a field of Task, however came with elegance to agree to these delicious dishes. The restaurant room is clear and spacious to allow guests to enjoy the views of the Saône without promise while enjoying their meals.
