Being dog-tired after 24+ hours of travel and driving, wife and I chose this place as others near our hotel were either closed, gone or just pizzerias. We were not amused. The menu was simple, the choices few and the dinners we'd chosen were not good.Wife had some chicken-curry, which tasted OK, but came from a v.small chicken. I ordered (as an experiment) a small "Charolais" beefsteak with peppercorn sauce, which was tougher than this 200-lb man and his dull knife. I left 1/3rd uneaten and no one asked me why. And, jeez, who needed any more frites? Service was slow and, on balance, this was a place to avoid. I strongly recommend the French-language reviews of this brasserie as their experie...
