We found this family run restaurant serves exceptionally authentic food, and a pleasant experience. Nothing fancy, just hearty, and reasonably priced. The outside space was nice and quiet; the dishes are still prepared by the proud chef who seems to be much younger and...still full of energy. His wife takes excellent care of diners, efficient with a smile. Although it was a very hot day we went for the traditional stuffed cabbage or sausage and cheese mash (aligot), expecting to feel a bit heavy afterwards, but not at all, easily digested proving that food was of good quality. What? A little miracle. extrascuisine products as we find almost no more, simple and respectful of products. The card was getting bigger, but everything remained nickel. Don't miss the food, the truffle, the calfskin, the magret, the charcuterie plate. But I've only spoken of food. The real miracle is the welcome, the atmosphere. Looks like we're coming to Jeanne's house in the brassens song. manu and his companion are friends in 3 minutes for as long as you have eyes, ears and time to still meet good people. A cozy welcome, a quality local cuisine and an exceptional kindness...to note a real child menu inspired by the map of the great...we loved!
