Layla At Macarthur Place

If you are looking for a quick bite to eat before a spa day at this hotel (McAurther Place), then this is the place to go! We were here for a bachelorette and decided to go to Layla for lunch. The ambience of this place was so relaxing and let you feel censored when you just went towards the restaurant. We sat in the outdoor area with a beautiful large table for the six of us conveniently close. Since we were in Napa, it is only natural that we order a bottle of wine so that we decided to share and celebrate a bottle of her rosé (as we spoke and tears about our favorite thing about the bride-to-be, haha). Had a nice brunch here. We sat on the terrace next to the well made for a beautiful environment. Mingma was our server and she was very attentive, very attentive, but never hastened. Excellent coffee, I love them freezing the cream. Best fruit bowl I ever had, hands down. The avocado toast with the smoked salmon was perfection. My husband loved the short rib hash. Great time, looking forward to coming back!

The venue was fantastic and the food was exquisite! Only the reason was not five stars, because the service was not what I would have expected for such a quality facility. But I don't want to hit the negative. Try again this week and see if they can get it on five!

I liked my Lobster role! My friends got the pancakes, burgers and short rib hash that were good, but average per them. Beautiful terrace. The staff took more than 20 minutes to meet when we first sat, but after that they were very attentive.

We thoroughly enjoyed dining under the clear-top tent. The vegetable pave and the gnocchi were both excellent.
