Lazy dog that place where you can find great appetizers and drinks at a good price. I love this place I've been here plenty of times however the last few times I have came I have noticed that there has been an uptick in car break-ins. I used to like coming to this place but unfortunately I will not be coming back, lazy dog customers please beware if you are going to eat here your car may be broken into. I find it sad that the Fremont police Department and Newark police department as well as lazy dog is aware of the things that are happening in their parking lot but still nothing has been done.
The experience: We 've been to other Lazy Dog locations in general, but came by for the Ale Yeah beer dinner event in July 2022. It was a prix fixe meal, and we had a great experience. Usually am not a fan of gimmicky burgers, but the PB&J burger was actually quite good. The beer paired well with every course. Our server was very attentive and responsive to our requests. Need to know: If you haven 't had their butter cake, you need to. Notable: They have a chicken-based meal for dogs that costs $5, which is well worth it.

I've frequented Lazy Dog in Newark and am delighted to have a location close to home. Majority of menu items are prepared fresh onsite. I've sampled most items on the menu and enjoy each one. Burgers are great, the pot roast is delicious. A full bar, dog friendly patio, weekend brunch open until midnight. Service is prompt very friendly. A great addition to the dining options in my neck of the woods. Highly recommended.
I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! The open-faced Lamb Pot Pie was outstanding, with tender lamb that practically fell off the bone. I also tried the Coconut Shrimp, Fried Wings, and the Bison Burger with Cajun fries, all of which were very good. The service was excellent, and the food was top-notch. I highly recommend this place!

Really nice outdoor dining space , very friendly and sanitary. Food was delicious drinks were delicious the vibe was nice you could feel people being excited to be out enjoying company and good food.
