We were looking for a good address without too far from N166, and the comments led us to 39-45 and we did not regret it! The ingredients are of quality and give all their flavour to the classic recipes: fresh mushrooms, organic egg, white ham that does not look like plastic... I also tested an innovative recipe, a succulent cake with an old mustard ice ball, fine crunchy fruit apple lamelles to accompany a tartare andouillette. The boss was adorable, excellent advice, and all his ice creams we tasted were top (sarrazin, cabbage, rbot milk, ginger, apple waxed... What a pleasure when the restoration allows to make discoveries, and to eat better than the house! Our only regret, not to live clo...
