the owner, his team and their kitchen delivered a fantastic experience. we loved the extensive and well curated wine-for-the-glass menu and accompanying knowledge of the team if they wish to help in choosing a weine. the ability to eat almost tapas style with a rotating selection of hot and cold appetizers, or compose a several cursor meals from this list plus beautifully prepared entrees and desserts, offered a flexible culinary experience. what this place really put above the top for us, however, was the overwhelming friendly greeting from each in the restaurant. we enjoyed it enough that we decided to come back a second time, in our last night in avignon. it is probably the only repeating...

the beautiful and tasty eating was much better than the tourist-oriented caffes scattered at different places under trees and sun umbrellas around the city avignon. the menu had a choice of traditional French cuisine with tapas style as option. the wee after the glass selection was much wider than we had experienced elsewhere and the wee recommended to match our selected meal times that were the taste nice...and they were not the most expensive. nice and respectful service with good advice and a delicious food. only a wonderful one of our best meals in the Provence.

perfect! the greeting of the owner, to the excellent service of the professional waiter made on a seamless experience. the menu was interesting and each dish was super prepared. add the helpful wine selection and they have a beautiful evening. would highly recommend.

great atmosphere and delicious food. the place on quiet road just 2 minutes walk from the papstpalast, outside the main tourist attractions. book the table there, instead of failing in one of the tourist traps, they will not be disappointed.
