So start... In the kitchen artists are able to offer you the Tataki beef that makes you travel, a deer mouse on its cream of lentils with poached liver that pushes you to the sauce until the end... Or mountain classics with very good products. The pancakes are terrible. In the room professionalism is more than present for their speed and conviviality and their smiles, even behind the masks! A big thank you to Coralie for all these exchanges, a great BRAVO in Cécile for this perfect combination for the dishes and the wine agreement... Thanks again for the transats!
