megs and I have this bar quite early by the evening. there were some pretty "interesting people out there, but we went anyway for a drink. there was a small band playing back. we had a great night! I wasn't gone. until the little hours in the morning. this is not a beautiful place, but if they like bohemian and friendly then they give it a try. for example, I was drinking red wine and after my first glass the barmann refused to give me another who explained that he wanted to change to another, better wein, because the first did not correspond to his standards! not eating (possibly has snacks, but we have not tried them.) it has the local ratz be on design (at a very reasonable price.) decorated with unusual pictures of the local artist karen giustrani. around the corner of cahors cathedral and the covered market...hall interesting clientelle.
