An exceptional setting, well-kept kitchen but no research. I ate a good rossini net but for 36€ I stopped there. Not at the level of his claims. We pay for the place, for a MOF it is (very) disappointing. I hope the leader will raise the level in a near future, there is certainly potential. Gastronomes, you're heading to the inn of the brie in the meantime...
Beautiful castle, beautiful setting especially with Christmas decorations. Tasteful dishes, good wines, the lunch menu is more than correct. The staff is in small care. Ask the table just in front of the window to have a beautiful view of the garden. A very pleasant time spent in Ferrieres.
The discovery dinner proposal is closer to the end of the canteen dinner of the year than that of a gourmet restaurant. Shame on the chief. In addition, we really enjoy customers with the practice of supplements. This leader does not deserve this establishment
