Wonderful wonderful food and service at the best restaurant in Carcassonne. We ate here twice the food and service warranted it. The tartine, the daily menu and the incredible desserts (brioche perdu, tiramisu) everything was special, locally sourced and served with humour and passion. We highly recommend Le Bistroquet!
on the weekend in carcass, we stopped at the bistroquet and we have a perfect time! everything was excellent from apero to coffee. kamel is a boss who loves to share and makes you want to eat all his dishes! we will come back with great pleasure
You'll be happy with your eyes closed. very good reception from the chef who spends time with the clientele and then serve local products. fresh, healthy and tasty products. We've had a lot of fun. To do it again.
