Food was actually good and would have deserved a better review. I was offered by staff to choose fries or potatoes and also a sauce, which I did since I thought both are supposedly included in the tenderloin dish as the menu didn’t state otherwise...and staff didn’t mention that these were additions, and not part of the dish. We thought the tenderloin would naturally be served with some sauce and a small side for that kind of price point, but no, it was actually served plain with only 1 piece of broccoli and 1/4 of a tomato. So at the end, we were surprised to have to pay extra, (which was NOT stated in the menu nor mentioned by staff) for potatos and sauce to be served with a plain tenderlo...
Le Bistro is an institution in Baden Baden. A very pleasant atmosphere in the interior and a very beautiful outdoor area, now also with heating radiator in autumn, as you will have a nice stay to the guest. The menu is very well thought out and equipped with delicious dishes, also based on the French neighborhood. Seasonally there are wild dishes, as the owner is also hunter. The dishes are all freshly prepared and cooked with lots of creativity and best ingredients. The service is quite diligent, but gradually tends to be superficial. You can then, fortunately, regulate this as a guest about the tip. Overall a recommendation for a nice meal in Baden – Baden.
I expected to visit a place with French cuisine, but it was hard to find any specific style of this kitchen at all. The easy test in all French bistros, is the quality of the French fries. In any given imbiss they are served better...than here. We also had a salad that was ok, but very expensive (even for a Norwegian ... . The staff seemed stressed all though restaurant was far from full, and no-one asked how the food was.
Really busy street restaurant with quite limited menu. I had a burger because there wasn’t much else that appealed to me. The burger was quite nice but the chips were a bit hard. It was really expensive: €95 for two burgers, 2 beers and 1...glass of wine is outrageous! Be careful when they ask you if you want sauces, they charge you extra for everything.! Will not be going back

A busy pavement cafe style venue, which is back to pre-covid levels of packing as many people close together as possible. With the initial difficulty of getting seated served, I feared a poor plate, but the food outstripped the service by miles. Stunning pasta...dish. I’m told the salmon was top notch too. If they’d been better at serving, we’d have consumed more.
Beautiful bistro, centrally located. The staff was very friendly. Prices are moderate, which is a little dependent on the location. It is recommended to make the pancake fresh in the morning.
A great evening with unbelievably good food, very delicious wine and a super-neted and competent cellar. We were two and had a fondue. Once broth, once cheese. Absolutely recommended.
In the meantime several times have been there and various dishes have been tried. Food and service again and again top : when it hits me again after bathing you see me again : !!2

terrible experience. the personal is rude, no service setting. they will wait long until someone shows up and then they will bring them this mediocre food. don't go here.
Very friendly and with pleasant products we were served twice. If we come back to Baden-Baden, Le Bistro will see us again. A light look in this city.
