Excellent. Un tout petit resto encore méconnu mais qui deviendra à coup sûr l'adresse de référence à Mérignac. Le choix simple se résume à 3 ou 4 entrées, et autant de plats et de desserts qui changent chaque semaine au gré des saisons et des humeurs de la dynamique patronne. Tout est frais, délicieux, souvent délicat et confectionné avec goût et gourmandise.
