Very nice restaurant. The welcome is perfect. The uncooked bread is in its small basket on the table and is ready to be fed. A knife in his furnace is placed on the towel. It's waouh! agreement of the wines and drinks of the hot drink. The chef's surprise meal is yes! butter emulated with hay. served with a rabbit. entrance: egg in the egg with small belts perfect labels! flat: raw fish with a burned onion, more than the average. belle soiree entre amis avec un service aimable avenant avec plein d humour. belle mise en scene (ex: preparation du beurre en direct); les 5 plats du menu bons et bien presentes mais les assiettes pourraient etre d avantage garnies (ex: un petit rectangle de truite entoure de 3 petites echallottes caramélisées pour le plat 2). grosse deception: accord mets/vins innacceptable, incomprehensible, de mauvais gout et exorbitant (tant qualite que quantite servie) : a eviter ; on aurait clairement du choisir a la carte... en conclusion: qualite de la prestation globale n est pas a la hauteur de la facture finale dommage!

An excellent moment, a great experience where as soon as you arrive you immediately understand that this gustative journey will be magical. Thanks for these subtle flavors, for this very successful plant work and for the love of well done things. Whether it's baked bread at the beginning of dinner, butter mounted in front of you, turbined ice and served at the spoon... at every moment it's all the senses that are whispered. A well-deserved Michelin star and your Green star. Just want to come back.

Nous avons pris le menu en 9 plats avec beaucoup d’originalité mais tout n’a pas été apprécié par la tablée. L’accort mets/vins est décevant à notre goût et au vu du prix affiché, il est préférable de prendre une bouteille. Service très agréable avec la présentation du pain au levain et la fabrication du beurre en direct ! La cour intérieure est assez surprenante pour un étoilée car vue sur le labo de la boulangerie. Sublime from beginning to end! A very nice surprise! A real work on the product. Each dish exudes perfect textures, subtle flavours, balanced blends. All in a very nature and in service to the top, professional and warm. A real happiness! Bravo to the whole team.
