A great experience. Here is what many stores and restaurants can no longer offer us. Take example on the Bistrok ... Thanks especially to Ema, who in addition to the gustative experience, offered us a human experience. I've rarely seen such a welcome... know how to tell us the history of the restaurant, the map, the dishes, remember our first names, go regularly for a little word or a little gesture... One of the best moments in a restaurant for years.
Very welcoming staff and boss. The kitchen, which wants to be original, is not my cup of coffee. Everyone's his thing. The bobo atmosphere and the pseudo reinvented kitchen is certainly not for me. Nevertheless, all my surroundings enjoyed it. So it's subjective.
