We visited crêperies on the coast. In general, it's ham, cheese, ratatouille at best and if you don't take dessert pancakes, you go out with hunger again. But there's no report! Very good pancakes, but not that... Don't miss the fabulous salads! Hawaii an architecture of crêpes and salad leaves, shrimps, marinated salmon and other excellent surprises. Or the ball of Poké a diversity of very pleasant flavors, chicken brochettes, lawyer, mango, crunchy ,ginger marinated, soy shoots, on the bed of sushi rice. Everything is fresh, well seasoned and very copied. I loved the sorbet balls with a bunch of buckets in a black aesthetic bowl. Well protected terrace of Mistral. Nice waitress even for the pictures. We ate in this crêperie this noon. Every time we are happy with the pancakes and the Service. The servers are at the top, we don't miss anything and our needs are planned before we even ask for it (a water tank, for example). The pancakes are absolutely excellent. The setting is very pleasant, at the port of Brusc, a terrace... Hygiene in the restaurant is good. We'll be back as usual.
