the room would need a little refreshment but the staff is welcoming and the map gives you the choice between 5 admissions and 5 dishes. From the good food for an entry-plat formula or dish-dessert to 13€50, good wines served with glass or pichet. My potato stuffed with the munster was a treat, as well as the alcoat served with a good sauce for 3€50 more, a plate of 3 cheeses copied to finish this hearty meal although the temperature was a little frisquette in this establishment, I think I go back to taste a calf head that seems to be one of the best in the region.
the only small room of this restaurant with minimalist décor and the sanitary, would need a serious rejuvenation and a more comfortable organization, even if everything goes to the "good franquette" one would believe in the 1950s. the kitchen is simple, elaborated with fresh products, well cooked and highlighted by the chef who comes to see his clientele at the end of meals. sometimes open on Sunday.
To have gone there a lot of times, I always come back and smile! a warm atmosphere welcomes you, a great chef surrounded by a very friendly little team. As for the dishes, we find originality every time and traditional for the most classic of us. and having a great fervent of meat, cooking was always impeccable! I warmly recommend to all great eaters of good things.
We feel good. a very family-friendly setting, menus composed of fresh, varied and copied products, each day or during the thematic evenings. rates are reasonable given the quality. a place that has the merit of being discovered, even if it is located in the field with family or friends. meal with good simple and good franquette for a bistro, the interior frame is a can disappoint and should be refreshed ... the kitchen is good and especially made with fresh products!! I'll be back without problems during a next stay in the Lorraine!
