We have eaten here several times now in all seasons and have consistently been impressed by the quality of the cooking and the attentive service. It's the only place in town with a proper wine list and a knowledge of wine. In a town that seems to settle for indifferent pizzas and little interest in good eating this is a little oasis that deserves support. Limited opening hours - particularly out of season, so check beforehand. It generally feels as if you are being personally cooked for.
Don't know why people would choose pizza & pasta restaurants in town when you have great french cuisine in this excellent restaurant! Food was fresh and delicious. The carpaccio of beef & courgettes (grown from the owners garden) were lovely starters... Great recommendations from the owner herself, I really enjoyed the Andoulitte duck main course. My parents and I loved the whole experience from start to finish, great wines too. Would 100% recommend!
