I have only the most wonderful things to say about this fabulous French bistro! I loved everything about my experience from start to finish, the warm and friendly service, the beautiful atmosphere, the fantastic food. I loved that my glass of red wine was served at the proper temperature. I ordered the baked Camembert and the escargot, both dishes were flawlessly delicious. I loved watching the team of professional service and kitchen staff working together, it’s great to see a restaurant with a staff that works well together and seems to enjoy their job. Great French restaurant with a bakery/breakfast also. Very nice, very French ambiance. Good for multiple occasions. Nice bar. Food is excellent. Good service! In downtown San Jose area. Was walkable from the cavallini dental Clinic. Been here many times and keep Coming back. Such good food and ambiance. Had salad, corvina and salmon. Profiteroles for dessert. Aperol Spritz for drink. Can’t go wrong here. Can even grab dessert from the bakery. Highly recommend. $50 pp for 1 drink each, 1 app, 2 fish dinners and 1 desert shared for 2. Left super full amd with leftovers. Can’t wait to try the French onion soup next time. Our hotel includes breakfast from here. Just love.

Manuel has been our server for two days and he’s very fast, happy, and educated on the food. The food itself was better than most restaurants I’ve eaten at and I go out a lot. Alex the chef came out and had a long great conversation with us not only about food but everything else too. I would 100% recommend this place for everyone especially with them two there. They made the experience 100 times better and if we weren’t leaving tomorrow I would be back there again!

The decor features reproductions of French posters. The crusty French bread with herbed butter was very good. Their sangria was also. The plantains with guacamole appetizer was fine (though a bit messy to eat). The quiche looks like deep dish Chicago style pizza. It has a lot of cheese and crust- more than I'd like. The service was okay, but my water wasn't replenished. There is a bakery there, too where pastries and croissants can be purchased to go.
Absolutely love this place. I have been here before on my travels and it never disappoints me. Highly recommended
